If you can’t help me, why am I talking to you?

Only a licensed agent can make changes to a policy. The majority of insurance agencies are manned by one licensed agent and one or two unlicensed assistants. Every Customer Service Representative at Kattan-Ferretti is licensed through the Pennsylvania Department of Insurance. We have 16 staff members available to provide fast, efficient and professional service to our clients. Your requests are honored according to your schedule, not that of an over-worked and understaffed agency.
